GOoD morning,

My first blog, so I may as well share one of my favorite photos with you. This was taken a few months after I started doing digital photography. I was able to take more pictures and especially share them much easier with others, easier than shooting film that is. I learned how to use my new equipment by getting out and taking pictures.

This picture really opened my eyes spiritually. I thought I had just taken the picture of a sunset -- however, when I got it on my computer so much more came through to me. I then saw the cross in the upper left corner, the sunset reminded me of the burning bush and the clouds are the heavens. It is still very powerful to me every time I look at it. From that point on I have felt Him in my photos.

This is one of my favorite pictures too.... Good luck on your new adventure. I am sure you will do well. I have asked the Sisters of St. Francis in Tiffin Ohio if they would like for you to take some pictures of their campus, some of the nuns and the like and create artwork and/or greeting cards for sale in their gift shop. Would that be something that would interest you? There are gift shops all over the place that could use your talent. Dave
