The original oil and acrylic paintings feature the views and still life collections from near and far. As a plein air painter, I enjoy setting up the easel at Longwood Gardens, Terrain at Stylers, and other regional horticultual centers. Traveling to France and Italy expanded the tremendous opportunity for other artistic views. The Farmer's Market life is intriguing with its bountiful fresh produce and lively colors of the season. The sunflowers, fruits and vegetables have much in common in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania with Bethany Beach in Delaware, and the markets in Paris. As an art teacher, many of the inspirations of the subject matter make its way as the classroom as art projects.
