5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 24 ounce jar salsa
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
Juice from 1 lime
1 package taco seasoning ( I use taco bell seasoning)
Place raw chicken in bottom of crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or
On high for 4-5 hours.
Serve on crushed tortilla chips – top with Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream or your choice of toppings. This is also good as
