It’s not about just about what you eat, but also how you eat it. My grandma used to tell me that you had to chew your food 29 times (but honestly, I don’t recommend it). I’ve also heard that you should be able to say the whole alphabet in your mind before you swallow (also don’t recommend it). The point is, you should not eat any meal quickly, take your time and savor and enjoy your food. Chewing your food adequately will allow for your digestion to be better.
