This week I will be talking about the importance of sleep…now let’s be honest, when that alarm goes off in the morning, how many of you actually jump up right away and are wide awake? How many would like just 5 more minutes? Sleep is an essential part of healthy living, and that’s why I picked it as the last topic of this month. Nowadays we are focused on “catching some sleep” when we get a chance…we are always go, go, go…slow down a little this week and give your body it’s much needed rest.
