Tips for getting enough sleep in a night: don’t drink or eat anything with caffeine four to six hours before bed, avoid alcohol and heavy meals before sleep, exercise regularly, minimize noise and light in your sleeping area, manage a comfortable temperature (not too hot, not too cold), and go to bed at a regular time every day. If your alarm clock lights up your room when it’s dark at night, you need to find a new place for your alarm clock. A little redecorating never hurt anyone…and it might help you sleep better!
