Stress is one of the biggest factors in sleeping problems. Not only does your mind suffer, your body suffers with lack or too little sleep. It can affect your brain and nervous system, cardiovascular system, metabolic functions and your immune system. Think of different ways that you can wind your day down before going to bed. Allow your body to find some peace, maybe just sit in silence, and focus on your breathing. Whatever you decide to do, start paying attention to what your body is asking of you, and your mornings will be much easier.
“In seeking happiness for others, you find it for yourself.” –Anonymous
