It seems appropriate to donate The Eat Rite Diner photos to Art of Food, a fundraiser to benefit Slow Food St. Louis.
The 7th Annual Art of Food will take place at Koken Art Factory on Saturday, September 22, from 6 to 10 pm. The event, sponsored by Feast Magazine and Schlafly Beer, will include a silent auction featuring art from approximately 20 - 30 artists and various food stations featuring twenty of St. Louis's top chefs, who will create hors d'ouvres from the products of local purveyors. The theme is all things food, and the event draws St. Louis foodies and art fans alike. There is always a tremendous turn out for the event as people love to eat. St. Louis is a great foodie town!
