Waiting for the Summer

I absolutely cannot wait for the summer! It seems like fall and winter this year have dragged on longer than normally. Even being a winter fan (only for snowboarding and snowplowing) I still am very impatient for spring to arrive. I was disappointed we hadn’t gotten much snow this year living in the suburbs of Chicago. But I will not miss the bitter freezing cold winds and sometimes the power outages leaving the house almost as cold as it is outside. The only thing I enjoy about winter is Christmas, cuddling and hot chocolate! There are lots of fun things that happen in the spring, and it also means we're getting closer to summer which is my other favorite season! Here are some great summer activities to check out.
