The Flood Crypt at Woodlawn Cemetary

This goes along with Halloween. I am doing a photograph project called "The Dark Side". I will be visiting cemetaries and see what kind of artwork I get. This one is from a National Cemetary located in Elmira, NY.

If you look closely at the crypt door, you will see some natural aging of the stone. It is very colorful from the aging of the granite, moss, lichens, mold and such. Just look at the door and comment back at what you see. I walked up close to this door (I also have a photograph in my Dark Side Gallery on my website: http://laurie-cybulak.artistwebsites.com/galleries.html ). There is no paint, which I thought at first.
