Is Manipulated Photography Acceptable?

Posted by: Mike Mcglothlen on 06/12/2013 - 7:09 PM

I had assumed that my photography based manipulated artwork would be fine, this being Fine Art America, but someone has brought up that there are a lot of photos of art work and digital artworks entered in the contest. The Rulers do say PHOTOGRAPHY so I am in that gray area. I most likely need answer from someone from FAA. I won't get 250 votes anyway but it would be nice to not try if I don't qualify, Thanks, Mike.

I think so...as long as it looks like a photo. There were be other contests for digital art.

Here's mine. It is an in camera 35mm multiple exposure that I digitized.
