Rules:
1. The subject must include an adolescent (child or teen).
2. Only manipulated photographs allowed. (no paintings, sketches, etc.) This is just to keep things on an even playing field.
3. If the image does not follow the rules, it will be eliminated from the contest.
4. We would appreciate you joining the OOF group in order to build our membership and ranking. This is not a requirement to enter the contest, but if you win, I can only feature your image if you have it in our group... http://fineartamerica.com/groups/oof--out-of-frame.html?tab=overview or click on the 'Sponsoring Group' tab at the upper right.
5. You must vote for your own image PLUS any others you think are deserving! (Voting for your own image also, insures it will at least get to the Leaderboard page in case some voters only visit that page).
6. Have fun, and don't take these contests too seriously, but lets not solicit votes either just to keep things fair.

Note: The top winning positions for votes will be treated equally if tied for votes. Also, all three top vote positions will receive top FEATURE positions on the OOF - Out Of Frame group home page. They will also be linked to my FB page, FAA Blog, and OOF - Out Of Frame Discussion Page for additional exposure. In addition, the contest results will be emailed to all members of the contest and OOF sponsoring group!

Each participant may submit 5 images.

1)   You must be a member of FineArtAmerica.com in order to cast votes in this contest.   Your account must have been active at least 30 days prior to the start of the contest in order to vote.

2)   You may only vote once per image.

3)   You may vote for as many images as you like... but only once for any given image.
