Fox 8 News Feature
I am honored and fortunate to be featured in an upcoming feature story from senior anchor Bob Buckley on Fox 8 News (WGHP) Thursday, June 2nd at 10 pm. This story focuses on how I got my early work back after it was accidentally left behind years ago. The segment also includes my whimsical artwork in general, and shows me working with a student in reading at my day job at Lexington High School.

"From Father to Son" Special Exhibit in Asheboro
With its opening the Friday before Fathers' day (5-8 pm on June 17 at the Circa Gallery), this exhibit will show the artwork of two father and son pairs: my paintings and the pottery of my father Wayne, and the collage work of Perry Boswell and the multimedia work of his son Brennen. The exhibit will draw connections between the works of father and son, and show influences and inspirations in our work.
At this exhibit, you'll be the first to see my newest whimsical creation, "Blue Al" (top right). I'll also be showing some of my earlier works, including traditional landscapes, as well as some work in watercolor. Not many people have seen these earlier paintings, so you'll be among the first. If you haven't seen MY WEBSITE lately, PLEASE check it out! I would like to think that it is one of the best artist websites around. It has a cumulative list of my shows, a map of current exhibits and stores, my biography, a "flashy" image gallery, pages that show my prints and cards, and a blog that I publish regularly.
But that's not all... Did you know I have FREE Online Greeting Cards incorporating many of my artistic works? 
I also offer a wide selection of FREE online puzzles on my site at my site. Check them out! I've heard they're addictive! The puzzles include some of my popular whimsical animals and also a few landscapes and some of my other works.
I've also been blogging like crazy! I've been writing about how I found my earlier work, and also discuss some of my works in progress. My blog is published at multiple locations, and also automatically populates to Facebook. You can read it directly HERE or from the blog link of my main website.
Other Shows and Events
I always have shows, exhibits, and new galleries on the way. You can usually find these on my website home page. In addition to galleries and shops throughout the state (including the Circa Gallery and the Green Goat), I have special shows right now in Yadkinville and Mebane, The Cosmic Cow Society is always involved in shows as well.
My work now stretches across the state, including Boone, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Salisbury, Asheboro, Topsail Beach, and the Tin Rooster in Louisiana.
