Arts of the Terrace 2012
MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — The 34th Annual Arts of the Terrace Juried Art Show is set for Saturday, September 29 through Sunday, October 7, 2012 at the Mountlake Terrace Library, 23300 58th Avenue West. Sponsored by the Mountlake Terrace Arts Commission and the Friends of the Arts, Arts of the Terrace is one of the major juried art shows held in the Pacific Northwest and attracts top artists from throughout the region.
This year over 100 artists submitted nearly 300 entries to compete for more than $4,000 in cash awards and art merchandise. Jurors include Charlette Haugen for Paintings, Prints, Drawings and Miniatures, Bruce Clifton for photography, Louise McDowell for 3-Dimensional Works and Artisan Works and Tammy Smith, Write On Calligraphers for Calligraphy.
The show is free and open to the public Monday through Thursday, 12 noon to 7 pm, Friday and Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm, and Sunday, September 30, 11 to 5 pm and Sunday, October 7, 1 to 3 pm.
