Cats Ahoy Enchanted Felines ART EXHIBTION

Cats Ahoy Enchanted Felines ART EXHIBTION

For lovers of Cats, Fantasy and Flying Ships

The long awaited CATS AHOY series of paintings is finally having its debut at Colours for Art Gallery in Masterton. I have joined up with artist Carol Banner, creator of beautiful pastel drawings of cats.
The idea for the Cats Ahoy series of paintings was inspired from a very early dream I had as a child, where my brother and I were flying high above our town heading off on an adventure in a little boat the size of a bathtub.

Cats Ahoy is a visual story about a charming cat named Mowgly with a thirst for great adventure and she travelled far and wide on board various “ships” to learn about the world and it’s many complexities. A brave warrior, and apprentice to the Great Wizard Nacronitze, Mowgly spent much of her time sailing throughout the universe on magical ships, fighting for peace and justice in both visible and invisible worlds.

The exhibtion runs from Sat 6th October - 16 November.
Opening is 5.30pm Friday 5th October
