Workshop Finding Creative Direction and the Inner Artist

In S.E. Queensland Australia in 2013 – 20th and 21st April at Hideaway Art Farm near Eumundi

This is a two day workshop seminar you shouldn’t miss …Hideaway Art Farm is about 20 minutes inland from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast and perfect for the outdoor exercise we do on the second afternoon ‘getting in touch with the senses’.

This workshop is a two day adventure into finding true direction. It involves a lot of listening, taking notes and exercises that lead you on a journey. It’s not about me teaching technique, it’s about what you can do with all the information that you have already added to your library of techniques, and how to make this into something that is uniquely yours, your own artistic voice. My workshops will move you outside your current boundaries and allow you to understand the creative process at a deeper level. The workshop is for all levels, and can suit all creative people.

My new book Harnessing the Power of the CREATIVE SPIRAL, will be published in January and some of this will be incorporated into this workshop. Very little materials are required as we do a first afternoon drawing exercise, which is about personal mark making, and another on the second afternoon which is a mobile exercise…so you can travel relatively light to this event.
