Description:

Much of Nova Scotia is comprised of a rural landscape setting which includes many farms, streams and wooded hill sides. This painting depicts one particular hayfield that I have been drawn to every fall for many years. The hay bales, and distant forest are a reminder of just how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful province. This is a "field of gold".
