Description
Historic Camp Miramar in the Owens Valley near Bishop, California was one of the Japanese-American interment camps during World War II. Even today the camp is still a green oasis in the middle of the dry Owens Valley, bearing testimony to the industrious spirit of those imprisoned within.

Wow! Not only on the beautiful capture of this very scenic wonder, but also for you background of the history behind this photo. You did a great job on the photo and brought to mind memories of things of the past that weren't very pleasant. But, today things don't really look much better, as it appears that a similarity is happening again or yet. Thanks for sharing this wonderful, one of a kind, piece of art work with the FAA community!
