Description of work:
The work is 21x5x6 feet brushed stainless steel sculpture from the series "Double Möbius Strip", 2002 - 2009, which consists of seven pieces, fabricated in different materials: corten steel, stainless steel, combination of copper and bronze, leaded stained glass. All of them are large scale, up to 14-20 feet tall.

Work statement:
Infinity refers to several distinct concepts, linked to the idea of "without end" – which arise in philosophy, mathematics, and theology. The sculpture is based on the Möbius strip, which is a surface with only one side and only one boundary component. In this work I combine two Mobius strips together with common edges. The result is one "double" rich and fascinating 3D form, representing the idea of continuance and endlessness of life.
