Celastrus scandens, or American Bittersweet, is native to North America. The berries are the main attraction and are used in dried bouquets. They are also a favorite snack for birds, but beware - they are poisonous to people if eaten.
There is an invasive Asian Bittersweet which is in the nightshade family. Sadly, it is taking over.
I've used a texture by Shadowhouse Creations (adjusted the color to suit) and a couple color layers of varying transparencies. I created a vignette from the original photo to soften the edges.
