I got such a sad mail this morning. Pixies puppy Ninja had to be put to sleep, only two years old.,I had planned to keep her as company to my Pixie, but it did not work at all. Ninja was so full of energy, and at the same time afraid of people. I felt I could not give her what she needed. She was movong to a dog trainer who gave her everyting I could not give. My body cannot stand the long walks she needed, and outlop for her energy. My little Pixie got deeply depressed, so it was not at all good. She lost ian all plays with her daughter, who was stronger an more energetic. Bad combination.
Well. it went so good in her new home. She trained agility, and ran free in the forest. Was very happy with the dog pals in the house. But suddenly her anxcitery took over again,and she startid to bite people, spontaneous without being provoked. It escalated and to the end she could not sleep, just went around the house night time. I can understand the decision they took, bot oh, I griev her. My little Ninja is no more.
