A newly restored one lane covered bridge in Taftsville Vermont which reconnects Woodstock and Quechee after being damaged after Tropical Storm Irene.
Designed by Solomon Emmons III, 1836
Multiple Kingpost, Queenpost, arches and iron rods (a true mongrel truss, unique in Vermont), two spans totaling 190' spanning the Ottauquechee River between Quechee and Woodstock, adjacent to Route 4. Third oldest covered bridge in Vermont.
