Winter Sunrise Over The Ocean
FAA WATERCOLOR MARK DOES NOT APPEAR ON FINAL SALES
During a charter fishing boat trip in November, 2011 my friends and I headed out to New Jersey waters in very rough seas to begin fishing for stripers. We left Oceanside, New York at approximately 6:00am and arrived at this location in New Jersey at 7:15am and began to throw anchors over with the wakes and swells really picking up, making the task of standing still with a fishing pole and leaning over the side of the boat a little risky. As I had noticed earlier in the morning when the sun was just getting ready to break over the horizon I looked over to my side and saw the sun stretching out across the sky and even lighting the November winter sky up a little bit more with each passing minute. In addition, the sun's rays began to come out and the sun itself in this photo can be seen beginning to reflect off of the ocean. The sun that day helped turn the temperture up to 50 degrees.
