I think either a crow had gotten it or the wind blew it out as it was windy that day. But knowing the keeper of the refuge i bet it is almost so fat it can barely fly now lol

Not sure what kind of baby bird it is It was really cold and I found it on a path near the Klickatat river I thouht it was dead, but then it moved very slightly so i put it in my pack and it came back to life lol
