Description
I took a photograph at the Seattle Auto Show at one point, of two classic cars sitting side by side. The cars were sitting inside the Century Link stadium convention center, in which the cars were hit with light and red carpet reflections from all angles. I imagined a sunny outdoor setting for the shine and reflections on the cars for a better look overall. The baby blue beauty is a Mercury Marauder, but the white sedan's make and model is lost to me unfortunately (I'm guessing it is a Dodge or a Ford, or any of the other Mopar brands). The title may be inaccurate, but it is titled "60 to 70" because I assumed that the Marauder is a 1960's model, and the sedan in the back is a 1970's model. It's possible that the sedan may also be from the 60's. But, the name just stuck... Artwork was sketched on bristol board and colored with Prismacolor pencils. White gouache was used for some minor shine highlights here and there.
