A Celebration Of Barns
Photograph - Photograph/collage
There is a rich heritage to be discovered in our rural areas. These barns from Ontario and West Virginia are wonderful examples of their builders vision and skills. Each is unique and has a special beauty and charm. West Virginia has many vibrant red barns and a number of the surviving Chew Mail Pouch barns can still be found. Ontario, on the other hand, mainly has unpainted barns with richly weathered tones. They all have a connection to the land that is worthy of study.
