A Desert Host 3 Strong Tower
Glenn McCarthy Art and Photography
Photograph - Photography- Digital Painting
This is the third in a series taken of photographs from the historical (and almost forgotten) ruins left behind of the desert town and community of Llano, California. It's really a fascinating sight to explore, and takes one back in time. As with the others in this series, I took creative license and digitally rendered a red sky from what was a clear blue sky. The silo sits off in the distance and reminded me of the scripture in Proverbs 18:10, "The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe!" It looks more like an ancient stronghold rather than a place to hold feed.
