There is a very funny story about this image.. too long to post here. Look at the other two I just put up. I have fun with these.

OK. Condensed version. I was at the Cavaliers of the Mid-West National Specialty dog show. I was doing their show photos as well has my portraits. It ran 5 days. At the end of the last day, we were just waiting to be told we could close up shop and tear down our booths. The man in the photo was about 3 booths away. He was (obviously) exhausted. He was sitting in a chair, leaning back against the wall and his Cavalier puppy was in his arms. (Also exhausted). I took a few photos of him. It was very cute. and during some very boring, down time, I started playing with the image. When I got finished doing his beard, hat, and santa suit, I sent the image to a friend, who as a joke, added the fireplace, stockings and garland. I printed it up and gave the man a canvas as a gift.. and then started selling the image on holiday cards.. They have sold very well for me. He was delighted with the canvas, as was his wife. (End of story).
