Not just a drawing but a real portrait of a personality. Not just a face but a person behind the face. I love your colour paintings but to be able to communicate so well in black and white/grey is really inspring!

You are a very talented artist, Enzie! This piece and several of your portraits remind me that we should not worry about our wrinkles, blemishes... for it is in those very details that this work portrays the beauty of the subject. I love reading into those wrinkled eyes the depth of the soul... Perhaps that's what I see in old barns and buildings... stories. You are very blessed to have been given such talent to paint the souls of your subjects! v/f
