Description:

With spring colors saturating this field, I could not resist putting in a few of California's lupine that bathe the hills at that time. This studio work was a delight to paint, since it's one of my favorite subjects. The color of the background mountains turns pastel in the unique light of the area." -- SFG Giclees available.
