Greetings Christian, thank you so much for viewing A Shade of Illumination this was an image taken through a shop display window at night. When it was developed I had always thought it to resemble a Georgia O'Keeffe work of art. and has abstract and minimalism quality to it. It pleases me this photo appeals to you and I appreciate the generous comment and the L, F Cheers from Naw Awlins, Michael Joseph Hoard

Fabulous Michael

Hello Andy, Most of the other images are somewhat a suggestion not a true abstract, when I was out just taking photos of store fromt windows this subject caught my eye the unique shape. I did not even think at that moment it would represent minimalism or abstract. Having followed Georgia O'Keeffe over the years it looked like something she would have created. /And certainly her work has the appeal of minimalism and abstract. I could not imagine what Shades of Illumination would look like in black and white. Thank you so much for the V/F I apprecaite it very much and I am glad it appeals to you. Cheers, Michael Hoard
