A Wild Place
Harriet Peck Taylor
Painting - Batik Painting
Every spring, I go to Yellowstone National Park to observe wildlife. I remember one cold morning when the mist began to lift from the Lamar River and revealed these wolves on the gravel bar of the river. They paused for just a moment as a bald eagle flew over their heads, then loped off into the sage. It was one of those amazing, wild, magical moments that inspired this art.
