Description
All Souls College, University of Oxford, was founded in the 1430s by Henry Chichele, Archbishop of Canterbury, with the formal co-sponsorship of King Henry VI. Today, the college houses no undergraduate students. The primary focus of the college is research, with a secondary focus on graduate education. The tower of the adjacent Church of St Mary (University Church) offers an impressive view of All Souls College's quadrangle and ornate architecture.
The official name of the college is the 'College of the souls of all the faithful departed.'
Stephen Stookey uses Canon cameras and lenses.
