Anchored In Snow
Snow comes to the historic Customs House in King's Lynn, Norfolk, England, giving the area a new, fresh look.
As the sun sets behind us, footsteps in the snow are highlighted making it seem like a miniature alpine landscape.
The anchors in the foreground add depth and definition, and their chains can just be seen snaking away towards the historic buildings in the background.
To us it may seem like the hardest of times, but how many snows has the Customs House seen?
And how many spring thaws turning into how many mild summer days?
The only constant is change, and on that we may rely.
