Description:

This is one of my favorite paintings! The stars actually shimmer and glow due to the "3 step process" I've come up with. You will notice that the angels have no definitive facial features. There's an old saying that the "eyes are the window to the soul." Well, angels don't have souls (they are ALREADY heavenly beings!) therefore, I did not think the viewer should see obvious eyes on their faces. Don't worry, it's not spooky. In fact, my husband thought they needed the eyes...I painted a few....didn't like it....went right back where I started!
