17th.-18th. century Indian imperial Mughal court tapestry with hand embroidery using gold and silver filament on red velvet background. Extremely rare, probably unique Mughal antique tapestry. There are some damages attributed to the age and a small rip in the central portion of the velvet background. Monumental hand work1.
