Description:

Inhaling air into my lungs they tighten as if cold, with each breath. All the while my head grows heavy from the pressure of each thought each fear. My ears, nose and cheeks become hot as fire. What to do, how will I cope, where is my life headed, where will I go what will I do? Lines expressing anxiety, and the fogginess of a panic attack.
