Description:

Araucaria is a large living fossil tree with an affinity for exposed sites. These columnar trees are named after the Arauco Indians of central Chile and south-west Argentina.

Oh, yum! I'm so glad I have you on my Watch List! I love the misty seascape setting, the reflection in the calm, glassy water. Very soothing, with just a bit of a wake-up breeze.
