Description
This was a college project that I went almost completely in the wrong direction with and made into a full costume. The real goal of the project was for us to give a physical representation of an abstract idea of something we would like to change about our selves. I either misheard them or just wasn't paying attention. So I made a huge set of wings out of paper, canvas, and wire coat hangers, a breastplate and shin guards made from aluminum flashing, bracers and a bag from canvas and spray paint, a sword from a hammer handle and more flashing, a Roman kilt, chainmaille made from a cut-up jersey and spray paint, and to top it off, a belt made with condoms and electrical tape (the only part that was in line with the project) Luckily, when pressured, I can bullshit my way out of a lot and made excuses for the rest of the outfit that made it go along with the project too.
