Description:

The glorious colors of fall electrify the coastal Connecticut marshes. Rich textural elements i the foreground wildflowers and grasses disolve into hazy light further back in the marsh. Gorgeous color, luminosity, textural elements and painterly brushwork imbue this scene with warmth, vitality and the abundance of autumn. Painted on stretched linen and finished wioth an archival varnish.
