A chilly New England Autumn morning leaves an early frost on a grove of White Aspens and Birch trees that stand behind the marsh. The trees shimmered in a frosty glow as a glaze of ice crystals covered the brush in the marsh making for this enchanted fantasy forest scene.
I painted the white trees in turquoise and lavender purples to represent the iridescent glow that was shimmering in the early morning light.
Colors included in this painting are: Teal, turquoise, purple, lavender, rust and blue
