Occasionally , I receive emails and Facebook messages with photos that people take and would like me to paint. This picture was taken in a park in Moscow. What struck me about this picture is that the girl was walking barefooted and holding her shoes in her hands in the middle of a park. There is some mysterious mood happening in the painting. You can only guess where the girl is headed or what happened. Maybe she is coming back from a disco where her shoes broke from dancing. Maybe she lost a shoe after a fun night. The answer can be whatever you make it.
