Description:

Aphrodite, the Greek Godess of love was, according to Greek mythology, born a grown adult from the foam on the sea.

This photo captures the classic style of the ancient sculpture "Venus di Milo". This image emphasizes the sensual figure of Aphrodite. With crisp focus the flawless skin and delicate body hair create an enchanting vision as would be expected from the goddess of love.

"Birth of Aphrodite" debuted at the Atlanta Photography Group Photographer's Choice Exhibit from Feb 29 - April 11 and is available for purchase.

The image is approx 15x20 (inches) matted and framed to 25x31. The image is archival printed on 17x22 Hahnemuhle Photo Rag paper using Canon Lucia inks. It is then window mounted on 100% acid free 4 ply Museum Rag board and framed in a solid black (2") wood frame. The print and the mat are hand signed. This is a limited edition series. It may be purchased for $625 plus shipping and handling.
