Description:

I am really overjoyed by the number of people who are interested in this drawing. If you have a minute or two I would really appreciate it it you would let me know with a comment what drew you to this piece. Thanks a lot ARTIST NOTE: It is a part of Series Composition in Black and White. It was a very challenging and rewarding experience to completely focus on this still life which was placed on a lid of a small box with the crumpled paper, twigs, stick and a dried pinecone "flower". Every mark was deliberate and meaningful. I was ecstatic when it was finished. There was a feeling of accomplishment and I felt that I learned so much from drawing it.
