Description:

Blue fair way is a mixed media wall mounted sculpture made with Aluminum and concrete. It is made up of three layers. The first layer consist of 4 circles filled with concrete then chemically treated until a sand color is achieved. This is my representation of the sand traps. On the second layer you find a playful inter crossing of blue curves. This my representation of the different contours of the fairway as you look down on it and in the center of it you find the hole you must reach. the third layer consist of a recessed Aluminum back plate polished in random arcs and clear sealed. This layer represents the surface of the lakes that surround the fairways.
