Ooops...got caught up talking about Dean Huston and failed to comment on this splendid painting (my original reason for visiting your site). Maybe there are other artists on FAA who can create the look of shiny aircraft aluminum as well as you do, but so far I've not found them.

Dean Huston was from Iowa, hence his aircraft's name. He died at age 85 in Ames, Iowa, in 2008. His obit said only "He served with the Army Air Corp (sic) in WWII". Oh, what stories he could have told!
