Aren't these just the prettiest little "weed?" Cornflowers we call them and from them we take the shade of color called cornflower blue. I think they are quite beautiful - and wonder who on earth decided they were weeds. Beautiful work Brian. F/V

Thank you Lianne, for your nice comment. I learned something when you referenced them as "Cornflowers". I'm pretty much challenged when it comes to identifying most species of plants, birds, insects, trees, etc. I've picked up a few things over the years but it's difficult. I tend to look at things for their interest or beauty based solely on what's visually in front of me. I remember how these little wildflowers stood out to me however and I thought they were gorgeous. Thanks also for the v/f :)
