Werner has it just right. The dancers go round and round! And back and forth, And so do their garments. And so even does the light, which I think (dare I say "interfaces?" The only computer word I kinow, and, as I, so foreign in this lively and living atmosphere! You can almost smell the fragrant stale smoke and even sweat from the dance floor. Here everything is moving except the air! Even the light and shadows blending in ragged patches, so subtly, as Rembrandt did it, not an eye-piercing spotlight cutting a sharp edge as the corroscuro painters. And as Werner pointed out, that skillful defiance of sharp-edges for people moving faster than our eyes and minds -- and maybe even hearts -- can follow. And so Anneke has captured and created for us a more realistic static view that we can almost SEE move, and all the other sensations I mentioned above. Hats in the air for you, Anneke!
