Description:

This is one of the paintings I demonstrated to my class as we were working on the process of glazing. I like to take a Bouguereau or Watherhouse painting and change it around enough to make it my own. I decided to put my girl in the middle of the ancient forests of Oklahoma. ( yes, we do have forests :-) She was out gathering herbs.
