thank you Andrea

I just can't stop looking at this one. The colors are beautiful!

Thanks Robert.

This is most definitely a favourite of mine, from your collection.

Many thanks !

beautifully !!!!!!!!!

Vivian, the first part and probably the most important is the place. Chefchaouen medina is an old walled town built on the side of a mountain. The houses really are stacked upon each other like this and they really are painted this incredible blue. Secondly, I took the picture from distance using a long telephoto lens which compresses the perspective and makes the houses appear closer together than they are. The clarity and sharpness comes from using very good, professional grade, lenses which render colour and detail superbly. This was taken using an Olympus E3 DSLR and a pro-grade 400mm lens. Finally, I gave it a little bit of a tweek in Photoshop, cropping for composition, increasing saturation and sharpness a little. That's about it really.

Deborah, thanks, Chefchaouen is a wonderful place. I hope to upload a few more of the town in the coming days. regards Kenton

Nice capture, ruggedly beautiful and a lot of movement...it's really something that with all of the energy in this picture you don't see any people. Great photo!
